I went to Lusso on May 2 upon the invitation for a tete-a-tete of a new found friend Angie Sison. She was introduced to me by common friend Johnny Litton at the launching of Nicolo Jose’s furniture cum art exhibit a few months ago. She just came back from a 3 week European vacation with her two sons.

Angie thought I have been to Lusso before. Julienne has been to this restaurant once. I missed the luncheon hosted by owner Margarita Fores last March for the Women’s Business Council members because it coincided with Philippines Inc.’s Annual Business Conference.

The main dining area is good for about twenty people.

More tables are outside, al fresco.

Angie’s reaction was “oh no no no”, when I asked her to choose a dessert.

I find the place elegant and the seats luxurious.

Angie likes tea but it’s hard to choose from the many options. Nung araw sa Binangonan, there’s only one kind of tea- yun sa binusang bigas (rice tea)
