Madmark’s Creamery and Good Eats recently opened in Bonifacio High Street Central. Aside from ice cream, they also serve steaks, and other comfort food.
I didn’t know that they existed, until my daughter stopped to buy ice cream.
They have a small space on the second floor of this new medium-sized mall called Central or High Street Central.
Oyen’s friend from Ateneo, Aaron, is part owner pala of Madmark’s.
“Mom, what flavor do you want?”
“Yan na lang, Half-baked Madagascar, they are advertising it”.
Among their ice cream flavors, Oyen’s favorite is the Sumatra Arabica. This is only good if you are a coffee lover.
When Oyen’s friend, Aaron, found out that Oyen’s there, their staff gave her a complimentary cup of Sumatra Arabica flavor because he knew this was Oyen’s favorite.
