I got two different caterers, Via Mare and La Cuisine. Whenever we have a big event, I always got two caterers. Kung isa pumalpak, I still have one.

Via Mare started setting up at 1 pm

I didn’t anticipate that the band equipments alone would occupy the big stage.
009

Ford EDSA and Connecticut staff assembling the Ford Fiesta made of papier mache, that they would use for the grand entrance of their dance group

Sorbetera is ready. My staff misinterpreted my instruction to get one sorbetero only. She ordered two carts instead which doubled our expense. She told me P2,700. I was so pissed off when I saw two carts at the party. She never informed me that she doubled her order and hence double the cost. So disappointing.

After several months of alikabok, pukpok, lagare and messy surroundings, construction is finished. Except for a few more minor works in the service area, the grand showroom of Ford in Pasong Tamo Avenue, is now open to the public.
Let the party begin….

  1. I feel the same about the sorbetera, it is really a double cost and a double problem with you, might you have entrusted all the ordering to your staff, that may cost them to decide on their own on. I also feel disappointing. Hope your staff will do nice next time, you shouldn’t let your staff do the ordering or else it will double the cost, remember that Annie.. =)

    1. I have many things to attend do that’s why I have to delegate some of the work
      Thanks Melencio
