I have never seen the local version of AGT, Philippines Got Talent, so I didn’t know who the former winners and contestants were. That’s why I also didn’t know who Marcelito Pomoy was. Until one night when I watched his audition for America’s Got Talent The Champions, I became a big fan. He made us all Filipinos immensely proud.
He sang Con Te Partiro in the semi-finals.

Marcelito made it through to the finals and landed on the Top Four. He may not have won the grand trophy but the world now knows him and I am sure producers and events organizers are waiting to sign him up.
