It was sizzling hot in Tagaytay last thursday but dining at Marcia Adams‘ no air-con restaurant was very pleasant. The place is so full of vines, trees, flowers and potted plants that cushion the impact of debilitating summer heat.
Flowers abound. While I was dining, I noticed a guy bringing in more flowers and placing them on the window sill. There were three large vases full of dozens of red roses. The roses were bought outside according to the staff.
The place silently evokes a combination of country/probinsya/Tuscany feel.
