Dining at Marcia Adams

I got the full attention of Bot, the head waiter at Marcia Adams because I was the only customer.
I learned that he hails from the same province of Antique as Edmund. Except that Bot and the owner, Mrs. Marcia Adams are from Sibalom. Marcia is married to a British. They moved to Paranaque, then Cavite, and soon after found this 6,000 square meter property. The restaurant opened for business two years ago but development of the property started five years ago.

My appetizer, Amalfi Prawns, crispy and succulent prawns marinated in salt, pepper, olive oil, parsley, coated with bread crumbs and pan-fried. I had a second serving of this. The shrimps were perfectly cooked.

My main course was Grilled Aromatic Pork, massaged with aromatic spices and herbs. Kita mo, pati baboy ngayon nagpapa massage na rin.

I chose Panna Cota with Lemon Sauce because according to Bot, it’s the least sweet.
It was a good choice because it was delicious. I wish it had more lemon peels.
