We had a late lunch and early supper combination after typhoon Glenda had left.
I bought some fresh strawberries from Rustan’s. I intended to make a marmalade for vanilla ice cream topping, but since my family is dieting (trying only), I just placed the fresh fruit on a bowl. No more cooking with sugar.
They look so sweet but they’re surprisingly asim.
I bought a few slices of tenderloin from Santi’s. Very easy to prepare. Wash, drain, dash some salt and pepper, or toyo, heat pan, grill for a few minutes each side. Cook few minutes before eating.

I don’t cook elaborate dishes. I cook fast and easy. What I cook are mostly imbento lang.

Crab meat– must be fresh. Smell before buying.
wash by draining water, use bare hands to remove shells or sharp crab parts.
saute in garlic, shallots, season to taste.
use egg or corn starch or both as binder.
Mix together and put chopped spring onions.
