Monique Lhuillier Gowns

It’s my daughter’s birthday next week and I still don’t have a gift.
I went to Rustan’s last week hoping to find something I could gift her with.

Not housewares because she lives with us. She doesn’t need plates yet.
I saw some dresses. Since Oyen always attends wedding parties and corporate events that require long gowns, maybe I’ll buy her a gown.
I saw this dark blue-violet gown worn by the mannequin. It looks okay. I forgot who the designer is.

I saw a section by Monique Lhuillier. I got excited, maybe I’ll just buy one for Oyen.

I looked at the label. I was surprised that it says Made in China.
Label, Monique Lhuillier, made in China

I checked the label in a few other dresses. Yes they are all from China.
I thought Lhuillier’s dresses are either made in Cebu or anywhere in the Philippines or in the US. I was disappointed that they were made in China.

I didn’t find a suitable gown for Oyen.
No gift yet.
