My Christmas Wish

Julienne and I met up in Greenbelt last Friday at 6 pm. She had no date with her friends so Mommy was a good Plan B. I was ahead by a few minutes so I went inside the Patek Philippe boutique and made usyoso.
Oh, Boy, I am so in-love with this watch. It’s so pretty and elegant. The reptile leather strap subdues what could have been an otherwise ostentatious-looking watch.

It’s so lovely no? This is my 2020 Christmas wish.

202o is not the clear vision. It’s the deadline year that I wish to have this. I will get an empty drum to put all the coins that I would collect. But I only get to collect around a thousand pesos a month that would mean 125 years of coin collecting and not 8 years. Naku baka hindi na uso relo in 2137. At kung buhay pa ako in 2137 baka hindi ko na makilala kung alin ang braso o pwet ko sa dami ng kulubut.

Ilang drum na coins kaya ang P1.5M? Kontratahin ko basurero para tuwing martes sa halip na basura ang iikutin nila, ipa kolekta ko lahat ng coin banks ng mga kalapitbahay namin dito sa village.
1,541,000 / 8 years = P192,625 / 12 months = P16,052 a month worth of coins to drop in the drum towards this watch. I have to increase my coin collecting efforts 16 times. Pero baka naman by 2020 Patek Philippe’s price would have doubled.
