We lost some 50 chickens to avian flu or some kind of virus. Kasi naman one of our caretakers likes to hang-out with his friend across the street eh meron silang mga manok panabong. May sipon yata hayun nadala nya yung virus sa farm. Tigok mga manok namin.
Ngayon, the new batch is growing.
We had them immunized two or three weeks ago. Edmund and I are hopeful that this new barangay will have a stronger immune system.
Our chickens are multiplying,
and so are the ducks.
Nakakatuwa. Calling the chickens, giving them food, seeing the ducks walk in a single pile, hearing them quack, give me unadulterated happiness.
