Straight from a 14 hour uncomfortable flight from Manila via Istanbul, plus a two hour connecting flight to Tallinn, our tour mates arrived today, still looking fresh and excited. According to them the temperature in the plane was warm. It was set at 24 degrees Celsius. They requested the flight attendants to lower the setting but it remained the same. I was glad Edmund and I decided not to take that same route although that was faster— Manila-Istanbul-Tallinn. Kami— Manila-London-Helsinki-Tallinn.
Led by Mon and Susan Dimacali, we’re less in number this time. Me, Edmund, Beth, Salve, Bryan, Aigina, Nadine, plus our tour coordinators, mother and daughter tandem, Cynthia and Iya. After a half hour meet and greet at the lobby of Hotel Telegraaf, we bundled up to get ready to brave Tallinn’s freezer-like breeze.
