My husband is in a global search for the best doctor who could alleviate his chronic back pain that’s been affecting his life since 2022. He was recently in Singapore consulting with two specialists. He had new MRIs and tests to determine if his spine has deteriorated since his last MRI which was 3 years ago.
Today, we’re traveling to Seoul, South Korea, to consult with a certain Dr. Bae, who was referred to Edmund by a friend of his, Carlos. Carlos had a similar back problem and had a surgery done by Dr. Bae and now, Carlos is back to golfing. This was a huge encouragement to my husband to seek treatment in Seoul.
We took the 2 pm flight from Manila to Korea. I am glad the storms have stopped battering Luzon.
The thought that it would be turbulent frightened me to fly.
The usual PAL hospitality made me calm down a bit.
I could have used the 4 hours flying time to sleep but the flight was a little shaky which made me too anxious to relax.
We’re expected to arrive in Korea at 8 pm. This gives us time to settle in for tomorrow’s doctor appointment at 2:30 pm. I hope everything goes well.
