Hello Ms Annie.. This is the type of vehicular traffic that ALWAYS gives me PANIC AND ANXIETY ATTACKS.. 🙁
Minsan bigla ko naiisipwhenever i get stuck in traffic such as the one in the pic that u posted ..
Paano na kung BIGLA AKO ma-HIGH BLOOD? Or paano na kung bigla BUMABA ANG BLOOD SUGAR KO and i don’t have my medicine or even a piece of candy or a tetra pack of fruit juice? Or paano na kung bigla mag-LEAK ang intestines ko and i need to get to the hospital ASAP Tapos ganyan ka-traffic? HALA???
It will take me like FOREVER to get out of that traffic mess before i could reach the nearest hospital ALIVE..
Pero buti ka pa, Ms Annie.. Wala kang anxiety or panic attacks and hindi ka Hypertensive or Borderline Diabetic..
Kahit matraffic ka on ur way home, i know that YOU will still get home ALIVE…

I also get panic attacks once in a while. My blood pressure shoots up when I get severe migraine attack. That’s why I am restless when I am stuck in traffic like this. I get anxious and paranoid.
I’m sorry if u get those panic attacks too, Ms Annie.. i know and i understand what it feels like.. 🙁 but those who are lucky enough not to have these attacks, they siimply just don’t understand where we’re coming from and how difficult it is for us.. 🙁
What i usually do when i get these anxiety attacks is i PRAY the Rosary.. It helps get my mind off these feelings of restlessness and anxiety.. Pero minsan, saglit lang, bumabalik din ang panic attacks.. Kaya i would chew on sugarless gum or eat chips para nalilibang ako sa pag Chew ng food.. 🙂
