My pocket money was only good for one week because I was really supposed to stay only for a week. Something unexpected happened (#goodbyegallbladder) so I am stuck here in California. I was supposed to have flown out on the 28th of September. That means I’ve so far overextended for more than two weeks. My pocket money is naturally over-stretched.
Looks are deceiving. This stack seems a lot.
Five dollar shopping here, ten there, it’s very easy for a hundred to dissipate.
