I couldn’t help but get affected by what happened to the jogger in Bacolod that was raped. Half of the time while I was in the traffic, I was thinking what, why, how it happened and how it could have been avoided.
Toilets are magnets not only for rape, but for being mugged, molested. Be very careful when going to public toilets, even in hotels, restaurants, malls, clubhouses, movie houses, basta toilet. If in a secluded area, wag na lang, kahit magkang we-wee-wee sa palda, kung pwede, wag ka na lang pumunta.

Don’t leave young girls under the care of male persons- neighbors, friends, kumpare, relatives, boys, drivers, security, etc.
For older women, if you leave in a house with boys, drivers, security, male borders, basta with male, do not be complacent. When in your room, always lock your door. Always be alert.
