I bought Oyen a Samsonite handcarry at El Corte Ingles. This particular model sells for P18,000 in Manila. I was able to buy it in Barcelona for Euro 199 less tax refund. That’s almost 70% cheaper.
El Corte Ingles is the number one department store in Barcelona. It also has a big supermarket on the basement.
