On my first day in Barcelona, I’ve already noticed a few black fellows selling Michael Kors handbags on the wide sidewalk near the Louis Vuitton boutique. That was at 9 pm when most of the shops were already closed for the night.
Our walking tour brought us to La Rambla and Barri Gotic. In broad daylight, there were more of these enterprising guys in the area selling knock-offs mostly Michael Kors.
Business must be good otherwise their group would not proliferate and increase in number. They have Gucci, LV, Long Champ, etc. Their top selling brand is Michael Kors.
They were very alert in case patrolling policemen on foot were coming. They probably have a look out because they scrambled away even while the policemen were still 200 meters away.
