Temptation, Doubts & Lies - Oh My Buhay

Temptation, Doubts & Lies

Today’s Homily was about temptation, doubts and lies.
According to Father Bong, temptation is not a sin by itself. But it invites us to commit sin.
Despite God’s order not to eat the forbidden fruit, Eve went ahead and ate it why? Because Satan, disguised as a serpent, succeeded in planting a seed of doubt in Eve’s head. She believed the serpent’s lies. She succumbed to temptation.

“Let’s continue to pray for each other so that we will be safe from doubts and lies and avoid temptation”.
