Oh how i love reading your posts day by day….
I never heard of Oh My Buhay before until one day you came over to Blackwood Bistro in mckinley
My staff were whispering to each other that we have a guest who is a blogger, kaya they started to panic. fearing the thought that you might write a negative review about us. i told them to relax and just be themselves….
i then went to ‘watch’ you, what your reaction was everytime your food was served and i felt happy to see you were pleased.
i asked my staff who you were and all they knew was ‘may ari po ng ford ma’am, oh my buhay po yung blog nya”….
siempre ako nman, agad hanap….
and there i found YOU!

i should thank you for sharing your LIFE to your readers! and that made me add your page na to my ‘favorites’ on my laptop and mobile phone…. minsan mas matagal pa ko magbabad sa OMB rather than in FB i also read your daughter’s page!
Whew! your scotland trip was awesome! bigla ko tuloy kinulit husband ko to bring me to scotland, eh balak nya hanggang london lang daw kami!
he was laughing when i told him “nainggit ako kay ms annie eh”
he asked, “sino yun?”
i told him “yung may ari ng ford”
do i know you personally daw ba? hahaha! i said “hindi!”
well, i just wish to say THANK YOU…. you are so inspiring! and i love the way you share your ‘experiences, ‘adventures’, restaurants you’ve been to, and everything else…. even your funny conversations with your husband….and how you deliver each story without being intimidating. i even learn a lot from you too…. like how should we ‘properly’ deal or associate with our staff/maids/ etc.etc….
we once went to san beda and met my husband’s former classmate, who i think now holds a managerial position in ford. Funny coz i suddenly blurted out “ay, e di kilala mo si ms annie?”
he said, “yes, kilala mo din?”
sagot ko na nman, ” ako hindi nya kilala, pero ako kilala ko sya. friend ko sya eh!” then i suddenly laughed after saying ” nasa UK sila ngayon diba?” … (feeling close?)
pardon me, but i get to read your blog everyday….as in!
was even telling my husband that if and when we get to see you outside, baka sa mall or in restaurants, pigilan nya ko. baka kase i might biglang say “hi!” na parang old friends lang…. just exactly like what always happens when we have familiar faces dining in blackwood…. bigla akong napapakaway, then id realized familiar lang pala sya because i see the person on tv or sa news!

I will send you two invites to the Photo Exhibit and Book Launch on tuesday, November 19. 6 pm – 7:30 pm, Manila Peninsula. There would be cocktails and a short program led by FVR.
