Three nights at Radisson Blu in Vienna

I was happy we reached Radisson Park Royal Palace Hotel in Vienna while the sun was still up.   I was hoping to go to Stephansplatz for an hour or two. This is the tourist city center where the cathedral is. I need to ride a cab to go to STephansplatz from our hotel and we’ll see how my energy goes after dinner.

I instantly felt at home after I saw James speaking to a Filipino manning the front desk.
Our kababayan Willy Dulay is a native of Cebu and is now an Austrian citizen who speaks very fluent German. He takes yearly vacations in Cebu.

Our maletas are already full.  Vienna will be the shopping stop.  Our tourmates are ready to roll their credit cards in Vienna.  This is their last city before going home.  Todo na daw dito.

I don’t use lotion.  Edmund does, that’s why his skin is more supple than mine.

More tired than hungry. Actually nakakatamad ng kumain because I was really tired. But I couldn’t skip dinner kasi baka magutom ako in the middle of the night.

We’ve been eating  goulash ever since we arrived in Munich. Okay lang, masarap naman,   This dish originated in Hungary and became a popular dish in many parts of Central Europe including Germany. Goulash is Hungary’s national dish.

Notice the reddish color,  that’s from  paprika.  When you go to Hungary,  paprika is sold in souvenir shops in cute little sachets.  Pag-uwi mo, nakakahinayang gamiting kaya pag display lang.
Plate of pasta with meat and rich brown sauce.
I should stop eating sweets but I just can’t.   Nakakalimot ako sa mundo when I am in front of ice cream, crepes (with ice cream), cheesecake (with vanilla ice cream), lahat ng merong cream and ice cream.

I was exhausted after dinner and just wanted to lay in bed. I’ll just go to Stephansplatz tomorrow.

I almost finished this whole cup.  Pakonti-konti ang kuha tapos before I knew it my teaspoon was already scraping the bottom.
