Time Square and the American Dream

On our last night in NY, Oyen and Derrick met up with her friends. She invited me to come along but I didn’t want to. Lakad yan ng mga bata. I would feel out of place.
Instead, I went to Time Square and continued walking till I reached the Time Warner building.

There were many Asian tourists standing and looking up at the lights.
They were probably in awe and asking themselves, “Wow, Am I really standing here in the middle of Time Square?”

There’s a multi-level Forever 21 store in Times Square and they close late.
I went inside just for the heck of it. I ended up buying some sandos.

I admire women who walk around outdoors in heels.

When I am in NY, my routine is to hang around the Time Warner building almost every night till the last shop closes. I feel safe and comfortable inside this building.

The second floor is a showcase of bedroom, living room and dining room furniture and home accessories.

When you go down the escalator, there’s a flower shop right there. They sell the most beautiful and unique varieties of flowers. Look at how adorable these lilac-colored tulips are.
