Some people go through life with a breeze. Some say they never had big problems. Their travel to the end of the rainbow is light. Oh well, good for them. They are the exceptions. To the majority of the human race including me, we struggle. Some struggle light. Some are constantly burdened with heavy loads. Most of our problems are of our own creation either directly, indirectly or unintentional. Who wants to create his own problem? Of course no one. But many times, what befell us are results of our own actions and inaction.
As long as we live we will make mistakes. Although this is not an excuse, there will always be something that will make us doubt our decision or action.
The other day while I was at the adoration chapel asking for God’s guidance, naisip ko I wished it’s that easy to discern what God wanted us to do. I wished the lighted paths are easy to recognize so that we don’t make any more mistakes. We just follow the line and it would surely lead us to a life without problems. But no, cannot be, or else we will all become battery operated dolls and robots. If all we would do is to follow the lighted path to a light travel through life, then we will no longer use most of our senses and inner feelings. We will no longer use our brains to analyze and our hearts to feel.
Hi Ms Annie.. What u said abt us being robots is true. If we were to just follow a STRAIGHT, LIGHTED PATH, then we will no longer be able to use our God-given talents..
God gave us lives to live, hearts to love, and a body and brains that came with the 5 senses in order for us to LEARN abt LIFE and LOVE.. These are God’s GIFTS to us as HUMAN BEINGS.. It is now up to all of us to utilize what God has given us..
We are after all, HUMANS, hence we are vulnerable to life’s learnings and the mistakes that go with is..
LIFE is a never-ending learing experience.. We rise, we fall, we all make mistakes.. but it is up to us to RISE ABOVE IT ALL, armed with a safe knowledge that with a STRONG FAITH and TRUST in GOD’S WISDOM, we will be able to traverse life’s crossroads and will eventually reach the path which will lead us to God..

Everyday is a struggle for me too Ms. Annie. Sometimes it feels like burning at the core. When something like that feels with me, I would turn to conclude that this world is hellish. I have found a way to unburden and it’s just my way which I think is different with others. But I hope you find your way too. With my way, feels like I am a child again every time I go and, that when I wake up the next day, makes me feel I’m ready for new burdens.
