Truffle String Potatoes - Oh My Buhay

Truffle String Potatoes

March 2, 2020,  Monday

I baked a small tray of truffle string potatoes for my daughter.
It was fairly simple to make. I cooked the potatoes in olive oil for a few minutes, sprinkled salt and pepper. I added three big tablespoons of white truffle sauce. Mixed them well while in low heat.
I transferred the potatoes in a baking pan, layered with Italian cheese blend– parmesan, roman, asiago, and a generous amount of real cheese mozzarella.
Baked at 45 degrees for 20 minutes, then left it for another 10 on low heat.

Don’t follow my cooking time because I don’t have any recipe. I bake and cook using uwido only. Hula-hula, tsamba-tsamba lang,

potatoes

Fast forward:
A—-“Kumain ka na?”
E—” Kinain ko yung pasta”
A—-“Pasta? May pasta ba tayo?”
E—-“Yung niluto mo”
A—-“Hmmm, nagluto ba ako ng pasta?”
E—-“Yung nasa foil?”
A—-“Oh, truffle string potatoes”
E—-“Potatoes ba yun? Kala ko pasta. Kaya pala crunchy”.
