My son sells USANA vitamins or food supplements from the USA on the side.
He’s been attending their orientation seminars and have met some new friends. He also attended their convention at the Ultra with thousands of people in attendance. That’s where he met some cancer survivors, doctors who are agents of Usana, nurses, etc.
He brought one young nurse to my office two weeks ago to explain to me about how I could take care of my liver and lower my bad cholesterol and overall health wellness.
He actually signed up a few months ago but have not really concentrated on selling Usana products. I don’t know who invited him to join, I think one of his former classmates.
He has a bunch of Usana vitamins in our ref which he takes every day.
Lately, I’ve noticed a renewed interest. Like any protective mother, I always ask about his activities, the people he meets.
Usana is a direct marketing company but I am relieved to know that they thrive on the actual products that they sell. He showed me a book available in National Bookstore that compares well-known vitamin brands available in the market in North America. It’s published by a group of doctors/scientists, allegedly with funding from the Canadian government, to aid people in analyzing the efficacy of the products that are over the counter.
Usana’s products are shown to get the highest approval based on several categories.
Last night, he gave me two vitamins, one for my fatty liver, and the other one to help lower my cholesterol. He sounds like a doctor explaining to me in detail how my organs work.
