Kuya Junior and his whole barangay live farther away in Elk Grove, about 2 hours away.

They used to live in a large two-story custom home in Sacramento but as they got older, going up and down the stairs became a challenge and a hazard to Ate Linda. Their new house is a one storey classic mid-century. A little bit smaller but much easier to maintain and no steps to climb.
Their former house sits on a half-acre property and pruning the trees alone was such a pain. This one in Elk GROVE has a good size backyard with mature trees.
