Prague is the largest city and the capital of Czech Republic.
I was comparing its character with the smaller Budapest and was looking for a magnificent river view from my hotel window. But Prague’s charm lies in its Old Town Square, with Gothic churches and colorful medieval buildings that line up along it’s winding streets.
Our hotel has a good location. It’s a few minutes walk to the square and to all the souvenir stores. Many people warned us of the security here in Prague. According to them there are many pickpockets and bad taxi drivers. Some were even scared to come here. On the contrary, I felt safe to walk around here. Just mind your purses and don’t just flag down cabs. Leave passports, extra credit cards and cash in the hotel vault. Don’t lose your celphone either. Make a photo copy of your passport and / or take a photo of your passport. And, do not wander in dark and lonely streets. Always go where the crowd is.
These dogs must either be trained professional beggars or drugged.
Tila pinainum ng Bonamine.
They were oblivious to their surroundings.
Etong street na ito, diretsuhin mo, nadun yung Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Bally, Salvatore Ferragamo, Christian Dior, Patek, etc.
Eto naman, if you turn left, walang gaanong tindahan, sa gabi medyo madilim at nakakatakot, dapat turn right. Pero, yung brown na pinto na yun (I hope I remembered it right) meron dun foreign exchange Euro 1 = 26 CZK no commission.
My Sketcher shoes didn’t fail me. It helped me walk through comfortably on uneven cobbled stones.
Prague’s historic Old Town is included in the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites. Even if the scenery around their Vitava River does not compare with the River Danube, Prague makes up for its beautiful old buildings that are also a delight to look at most especially at night.
Hi OMB
