My daughter likes YSL because of the Y. She has a denim bag with the Y in gold hardware dangling on one side. She bought this bag in Gotemba Premium Outlets, Tokyo two years ago.
When we were in Paris, she visited the YSL boutique not only three times determined to buy a beige shoulder bag with a gold hardware. When she saw the French-made Moynat bag, she ended up buying this instead of the YSL.
When she saw the same bag at the YSL boutique in Shangri-la Mall, her interest in that particular bag sparked again. When she compared the price, of course there is a price difference because of the taxes. In Paris, there’s a 7 percent Global tax refund. Here in the Philippiines, a 12 % vat is included in the selling price.
Nyke gave his sister a YSL wallet for Christmas. It’s gorgeous indeed. We went to the store to check-out the matching bag.
I need a clutch bag for formal occasions that would match any gown. My concern is that it’s not sealed enough to prevent my lipstick, medicines, and other abubots from falling off.
Both are really nice.
