I bought the fresh Norwegian salmon from Santi’s on monday afternoon. I got home at exactly 6 pm and thought I still had time to cook it in time for dinner. But no one would be home for dinner. I marinated it na lang muna and kept it in the ref.
We are not very fond of this fish kasi the taste is nakaka umay, that’s why I squeezed half-a-lemon hopefully to remove the nakakasawa taste. I also put salt, pepper and dillspitzen (P86/tiny cup from Santis).

BAked Salmon- ohmybuhay

I baked it for 30 minutes just prior to our 7 pm dinner last night. I also added some more salt and pepper kasi it’s tabang.
When Edmund came home and saw the salmon, instead of saying WOW, he said “Ang laki naman”, sana maliit lang”.
You could tell that Salmon is not one of my husband’s favorite dishes, otherwise he would have exclaimed “wow!”.

I matched the salmon with half-cooked fresh asparagus spears which I also bought from Santis

Wanton noodle soup- ohmybuhay

We also re-heated the wanton noodle soup. According to our cook Cherry, this is the LEAP-OVER from thursday.
Me—- “ang tagal na nun, baka panis na yan. Tinikman mo ba?”
Cherry- “hindi mam, kayo na lang.”
