Tuesday, March 20 was the much anticipated Annual Conference of Philippines, Inc.
I didn’t want to wear a business suit kasi mainit. Even if the venue, Tower Club, is fully airconditioned, I was pretty sure with the number of people and spot lights, I would still feel warm.
I decided to wear a simple cocktail dress instead of a buiness suit, anyway the conference would start at 3 pm and there would be entertainment and socials after dinner.
I had this dress made by Amir Sali last December. I was supposed to wear it to a special event that didn’t push thru. At first, I wasn’t confident that my stomach would fit in here because I put on 4 pounds between December and February.
To my surprise, kasya pa rin and it’s very comfy, parang daster lang at preskong-presko.
I want to show you the details.
Amir used a dark bluish-gray French lace, and crystals on the neckline. I don’t need to wear any necklace. Parang diamonds na rin.
The lace is one inch below the satin lining, and Amir cut the hem according to the uneven flower design.
