Last night at 11 pm I was craving for some matamis so I made myself mais-con-hielo again but this time I upgraded it,  with fresh ube.

DelMonte Cream Style Corn, Carnation Evap, Ice Grinder, Yelo

 

Mais con HIelo with fresh UBE from TAgaytay. Nalimutan ko yung pangalan ng bilihan, dun sa mga madre. Keep the ube in the freezer. It can last for even a year still masarap. Do not thaw.

 

Nasalubong ako ni Edmund paakyat ng hagdan carrying this.  He said “Ano yan?”.   Me-    “Eh ang init nahihilo ako at para akong masusuka”.   He said “masusuka ka sa busog kasi kain ka ng kain”.
