Duterte received a very warm welcome from the audience. FVR, Estrada, GMA, and Pnoy were also well received by all the OFWs they visited abroad during their respective terms.
His introduction of Bongbong Marcos surprised everyone. He actually almost forgot to introduce him. When he did, he made a mistake in pronouncing his name. He initially said BINGBONG. Then corrected himself, Bongbong Marcos.
He said something like “kung manalo sya sa protesta nya, magka meron tayo ng bagong bise presidente”.
Many Filipinos in the audience cheered and laughed pag merong minumura si Duterte. I didn’t see any one from the business delegation smiling.
