After we abruptly closed on March 17 due to the pandemic, there were many vehicles that remained inside our service areas. Now that Ford Cainta and Makati Ford have opened after almost three months, we can resume the repairs being done on your vehicles. It might take longer because we are not yet in full capacity. Our people are in rotation. Some are still stuck in their hometowns. Be patient.
Our service customers are coming back. They miss us and we miss them too.
Our showrooms and service shops are open in Ford Cainta and Makati Ford. Ford EDSA is hoping to open soon.
We still have customers who are in ECQ and choose not to go out yet to bring their vehicles to our workshops for servicing. This is understandable. When you are ready and need your vehicles serviced, kindly contact our customer service to schedule an appointment. Walk-ins are also welcome but wear a mask, sanitize, and practice social distancing to the max.

Customers who can’t go out yet, we ask that you don’t request our technicians to bring our diagnostic and repair tools to you. They are not allowed / authorized to repair or diagnose vehicles, sell parts, outside of our facilities.
If anyone offers you Ford spare parts not bought directly from us, and not paid by you directly to our cashier with an official receipt, you know that these are most likely stolen.
Dealing with them directly and giving them money directly, are tantamount to stealing from our companies. You are also stealing from the government because no taxes are paid. You probably think you will be able to save money by conniving with a technician and becoming an instigator and partner in crime.
Please refuse the urge because this would put the technician and our people in jeopardy. They will lose their jobs and worst, they could land in jail if found stealing parts and tools.
