The first ever BANC formal affair was held at the Vallejo Moose Lodge located at 337 Nebraska St., Vallejo, CA.
This lodge is a member of the fraternal and service organization called Moose International which was founded in the US in 1888 consisting of the Loyal Order of Moose. It has over 2,400 lodges across the US, Canada and Britain.
The building looked old but the events hall where the dinner was held was comfortable, decent and spacious. The wooden floor was perfect for dancing.
