Wow, ang ganda! I fell in love with this white blouse worn by the mannequin. I went inside the department store at the Fashion Mall to check it out.
I couldn’t find the rack. I approached a sales lady to help me. She said that white blouse on the mannequin is by Alice + Olivia. She was still attending to a customer. While waiting, I checked out their other merchandise to give me an idea about the price range.
$440 dress (+8.5% tax x P50 = P23,870). If I charged it to my Philippine-issued credit card, it would be $440 +8.5% tax x P51.77 = P24,715. Ulk!
The sales lady said the one on the mannequin is the last piece and it’s a size medium. (Uy kasya sa akin). How much? Including tax, about $300.
$300 x 1.085 x 51.77 = P16,851.13.
(Ulk again).
They were about to close in 15 minutes and she didn’t seem like she was ready to undress the mannequin. She was attending to other customers, ayaw ko na sya abalahin. Tila malambot ang tela, hahakab sa tyan at bilbil ko. It’s going to make my corrugated body shape more obvious.
Maganda ba? Parang hindi naman gaano. Bagay lang yan sa mannequin kasi payat sya. Sa akin hindi ganyan ang magiging hitsura. Masama.
