Antonia is going to Qatar

Antonia hurriedly left this morning to apply for a passport and process her visa to Qatar. Her niece who works at a hotel in Qatar has found a prized job for her, as a domestic helper to a childless couple who lives in a mansion in Qatar.

She only informed us this morning that she’s leaving.

Antonia——–“Mam, pahingi ako ng luggage bag”.

Edmund gave her a nice and brand-new looking luggage. Mukhang isang beses lang nagamit, we bought from the US.

Antonia——–“Mam, sagana daw ang pagkain at mansion ang bahay. Tiga bantay lang daw ako, mag-isa”.
Omb————“Magkano ang sweldo mo?”
Antonia——–“Fifteen thousand pesos”.

She rode with me to the office so that my driver could help her get a cab faster.

Good luck to Antonia. I am sure you will have a great time in Qatar. Goodbye chicken tinola, fried chicken, chicken cocido, chicken adobo and bip pilit.

Qatar here she comes.

  1. HI Ms. Annie, when we met last March in HNL, I never got to tell you that I’m a secret fan of Antonia. Haha. Aww, I’ll surely miss her in your posts. Tell her my regards 🙂

We are getting desperate with all the bad experiences in hiring nannies for our kids. May recommended agency po ba kayo? Thanks!
