Beijing Economic Forum

This is the President’s speech at the Economic Forum on August 31, 2011, held at the grand ballroom of the China World Hotel (Shangri-La) in Beijing.

I found his delivery a little too fast. Most of the attendees were Chinese who couldn’t speak English. They wore headsets where they could listen to Pnoy’s speech translated in Mandarin.
