We bought a new Victorinox luggage, bigger than my carry on. The store didn’t have colored white, and while we’re deciding whether to buy or not to buy, two Japanese women snatched up the champagne color and the matt pink.

Oyen likes maroon so I took the maroon one.
It’s cheaper here than in Manila.

It was past ten pm and if we would go back to the apartment first to drop the luggage and our other stuff,  then the restaurants would already be closed except for the bars which are open till morning.   We went first to Guy’s  American Kitchen & Bar but they’re closed.  Bubba Gump was our next choice since it’s also near the apartment, and they’re open till 2 am.

We had to use the building’s elevator to bring our luggage to the second floor dining area of Bubba Gump.  Their ground floor is where the reception and souvenir shops are.
