Trini sent me a box of delicious buko pandan from Pampanga.
She said she just saw the store along the hway coming back to Manila.
The buko pandan is not sweet and they use fresh carabao’s milk instead of condensed milk.
I want to buy some more of this. I’ll stock them in the freezer para when we have guests, meron akong instant dessert.

I love ‘buco pandan’! Yummy! I can’t wait to taste this ‘dessert’.,in one of the future pinoy events, feasts, celebrations, meetings, reunions & gatherings here in Southern California. ( My cousin Maret Callanta Encarnado’s ‘buco pandan’ is so delicious! )
