Cebu takes great pride in their lechon. They’ve earned the reputation that theirs is the best among the best.
Julienne and friends went to Cebu last weekend for the Sinulog.
She brought home a kilo of the famous Cebu lechon, even more popularized by haute cuisine master Anthony Bourdain when he mentioned that this lechon was the best he’s ever tasted.
The skin is unbelievably thin and still crispy considering that it flew in from Cebu.
