A customer was very upset today because there was no approval yet from any bank regarding their application for a car loan. They were expecting that they would be able to bring home the Mazda 3 today. As a dealer, we couldn’t release the vehicle without complete documentation and written authorization from the bank to release the vehicle to the customer. Or else, kawawa kami, because the bank will not pay us. And we will not be able to pay the manufacturer.
