My daughter enrolled me in a 5 weekend culinary adventure (Asian, French and Mediterranean Recipes) at the Enderun College. My saturdays would be occupied for the next 5 weeks. The lessons are about specific dishes namely Hainanese Chicken Rice, Beef Stroganoff with truffles, Ravioli with black truffles, chocolate cake by Chef Alain Ducasse etc. Teka, meron pala itong baking eh I don’t bake, I just buy and eat.
One must already be an experienced cook before you can attend this advanced sessions. I am under extreme pressure here because my daughter was more than willing to pay for my tuition because of her vested interest- I am cooking, and she’s eating. She said “it better be good”. Dyos ko, isipin ko pa lang parang pagod na ako.
