There are at least 3 electronic or digital billboards currently installed along EDSA between Buendia and Shaw Blvd.
In my opinion, these things should not be allowed. Not only do they distract drivers, their brightness is blinding. The colors they radiate to the street make the surroundings look festive but the safety of the drivers and passengers are more important.
