Fire Lake Grill

Our number one favorite restaurant in the Philippines is Fire Lake Grill in Tagaytay, owned and operated by Chef Paul Huang.

Their carefully selected dishes  are delicious and not nakaka-sawa.

Our top choices are:

Blackened Beef Salad, Tuna Salad Nicoise, Grilled Prawns with Shiitake Musroom, Spinach  and Angel Hair Pasta, Grilled Sea Bass.

Pineapple Carpaccio with Brandy Snap Basket with home-made ice cream sprinkled with pink peppercorns and lime peels is so divine.  My son can finish 3 orders of that.

Beginning last year,  Chef Paul added his own version of gourmet pizza in the menu.  We particularly like the one with black truffles, prosciutto ham and fresh arugula. I can finish the whole 8 slices pizza.
