Dear husband is busy with some major construction work at Ford Cainta. Approximately 500 square meters of space would be added for parking. What makes construction in that area limiting is the swampy ground due to Cainta’s flooding. We can’t build a multi-story building because the soil is unstable, soft. We can but will have to do piling which is very costly.
That place was underwater during Ondoy, that was before we built Ford Cainta. When we were constructing we added 2 meter-high soil to elevate the structure and prevent flooding.
