I will hang this in our service area. Customers have developed a preconceived notion that dealers don’t actually replace the spare parts. An informed customer is a good customer. Ang problema sa atin, karamihan merong driver, so mahirap i-explain sa driver, iba ang sasabihin nito sa amo nya, kaya napapasama lagi ang dealer.
