Right after Pnoy gave his speech, he immediately left for another appointment. We were left in the hotel ballroom waiting for our respective buses that would bring us to a city tour of Xiamen. Our flight to Manila leaves at 5:30 and it’s only 1:30 pm. By the way, we’ve been sitting here since 9:30 am.
Buses finally arrived at 2:20 pm. We drove around town, then a lady called me. When I opened my eyes, the bus was parked and I was the only person in the bus. I didn’t even know that I fell asleep and they left me behind.
They brought us to a building, but I was too sleepy to remember what it was.

Xiamen is in Fujian province where 90% of Chinese migrants to the Philippines came from. It is also known as Amoy. Although not as developed as Beijing and Shanghai yet, new developments are evident. Xiamen has a beautiful seaside and port.
Time to go home…
