Farewell dinner for PNoy and the Philippine business delegation was held at the grand ballroom of Pudong Shangri-La. Pnoy arrived at 7:40 pm, he came from an earlier reception with the Filipino community also held at the same hotel. I saw several ladies wearing baro’t saya.
The President was so gracious, he obliged to have a photo op with all the delegates. He hopped from one table to another, just like in weddings. Except this time, the groom has no bride.
The two small cameras that I brought have both malfunctioned. I think the first thing that I would do when I get home is to search for a fantastic camera. Maybe I will buy a Lumix Or something else basta fast and reliable.
We’ve all settled our hotel bills because we leave tomorrow at 6 am. We are staying in Xiamen for about five hours then we leave again for Manila. It’s going to be a long day.
Congratulations to Pnoy for visiting the Chinese people. This is good for our country.
