I brought my sister and Bong to the Hill Station restaurant at the Casa Vallejo just infront of SM Baguio, after Barrio Fiesta.
Parking could be a problem.
This is their claim to fame, consistent inclusion in the Miele Guide.
I ordered the dulong with melba toast as a starter. I would order this again next time.
I also ordered tuna tataki but they didn’t touch it. Kung dito si Edmund, Oyen and Nyke, ubos agad yun,

It’s my second time here. My first impression is the same as my second. The food taste needs some additional “wow” ingredients for us to declare Hill Station as indeed one of the best in Baguio. Plating style needs some updating and real creativity.

They gave Aileen a cute carrot cup cake with a candle to blow.
Her secret birthday wish
When I entered my room, a huge unidentified insect was on the wall. It’s about 3 inches long and looked like a mestisang ipis and cricket. Baka yung cricket nakipaglampungan sa ipis, eto ang by product. Nakakainis, Edmund was not around to pukpok this unidentified crawling pest. I had no choice. With a deep breath, I pukpok it with all my power and might. Hayun durog, nadikit sa dingding. The worst part, I used my brand new sandals!!! Bwena mano. Ipina hilamusan ko pa mandin ng alcohol. Kakainis talaga.
