I am just thinking aloud , “why is MMDA focusing on the individual smokers? 2 dozen puffers would not equal the amount of smoke billowing from the puwet of one bus plying along EDSA. Can you just leave that No Smoking thing to the Department of Health? Can you please focus on the horrendous congestion along EDSA that kill thousands of people from inis, inip, langhap sarap, bangga, sagasa, etc?
Think of the millions of dollars wasted on man hour, fuel, the air pollution, noise pollution, and the stress it bombards on my mind, body and spirit. Inis na inis na talaga ako.
