I have a new phone. It’s an iPhone 11 Pro Max.
I bought it a week ago at the Apple store but haven’t used it yet. My kids tried to back up the data but couldn’t for lack of iCloud and laptop space. When they left, I thought of returning the phone to the store because I was overwhelmed with the switch, the back-up, etc.
On January 28, after our lunch, my son accompanied me to the Apple store so they could transfer all the info from my iPhone 7 S to the new one. The process took an hour at least.
Nyke is suggesting that I attend a free tutorial.
